Because of love, so love

　　潍坊市第十二次党代会创造性地提出要打造“四个城市”,这确立了一条符合时代要求、具有鲜明潍坊特色的城市发展之路。这一战略思路的提出,对于推动潍坊实现更高质量新发展,加快建成富裕文明充满活力的现代化强市具有重大而深远的意义。
　　The twelfth Party Congress of Weifang creatively proposed to build "four cities", which established a road of urban development that meets the requirements of the times and has distinctive features of Weifang. The proposal of this strategic thinking is of great and far-reaching significance for promoting Weifang to achieve higher quality and new development, and speeding up the construction of a prosperous, civilized and energetic modern and powerful city.
　　而我作为一名人民教师，更是要发扬“工匠精神”，为潍坊“四个城市”建设增添一份自己的力量。我教师梦的实现是从踏入潍外时开始的，去年大学毕业后，我选择回到家乡潍坊做一名教师。看到家乡潍坊蒸蒸日上，我的内心是激动的骄傲的；看到孩子们成长，我们的内心是满足的欣慰的；想到我也曾经并且正在而且将来也会为学生的成长，潍坊的发展贡献自己的力量，我是无愧于自己的初心的；想到能在潍坊这样一个舒适而又充满活力的城市中工作生活，内心又是幸福的充满希望的。
　　As a teacher, I want to carry forward “the spirit of craftsman” and add my own strength to the construction of "four cities" in Weifang. My teacher dream is start from entering Weifang Foreign Language School. After graduating from university last year, I chose to return to my hometown, Weifang to be a teacher.Vitnessing the progress of Weifang, I feel excited and proud of that; seeing the children grow, I feel satisfied and comfortable; when I think I was and am and will contribute my strength to the growth of students and the development of Weifang, I have a clear conscience; when I think I am working and living in Weifang, such a comfortable and vibrant city, my heart is full of hope and happiness.
　　我自信是一位合格的老师。因为我对学生也有着深深的热爱和眷恋，面对大千世界，我无法抛却和学生们一起徜徉知识海洋的快乐，无法抛却桃李满天下带来的幸福，无法抛却为社会发展培养人才带来的骄傲，所以我的梦想就是成为“最好的老师”，成为学生们成长的引路人，精神家园的守望者。
　　I am confident that I am a qualified teacher, Because I have deep love to my students. Facing the boundless universe, I cannot give up the pleasure of roaming in the ocean of knowledge with students; I cannot give up the happiness of having students all over the world; I cannot give up the pride of cultivating the talents for the social development. So my dream is to become "the best teacher", a students’ mentor, and a warden of students’ spiritual home.
　　因为教师的责任是要对社会高度负责，所以我在日常的教学和班级管理中非常注重培养学生的社会责任感和人文精神，争取做到使其在离开学校的时候，带走的不仅仅是知识，更是对家乡的热爱，对未来的远大理想和追求。在与孩子们朝夕相处的时候，我始终想着这两句话：“假如我是孩子”，“假如是我的孩子”。这使我自然而然地走进了学生的情感世界，对他们少了一份埋怨，多了一份宽容，也让我的学生常常不知不觉地拨动我的心弦。
　　Because the teacher's responsibility is to be highly responsible for the society, so in my daily teaching and class management I pay great attention to cultivating students' sense of social responsibility and humanistic spirit. I hope when they leave school, they can not only take away knowledge, but also the love to their home and the pursuit and ideals to their future . When I stay with students morning and night, I always think of the two words: "if I was a child," and “if they were my children". This does not only make me naturally into the emotional world of students, but also let my students often unknowingly touched my heartstrings.
　　每一次，看到学生毕业离校，我心中都会感到一种成功的喜悦，每一次，看到潍坊的发展与变化，我心中都会涌起一种豪迈之情。因为，我用自己平凡的劳动，参与了培养学生成才的事业，并且参与了潍坊的发展壮大！
　　Every time I see the graduates leaving school, I feel a joy of success in my heart. Every time I see the development and change of Weifang, I have a heroic feeling in my heart. That’s because I participated in the training of students to become successful, and in the development and expansion of Weifang!
