　　Industrial Weifang transforms and upgrades to get innovation-driven development.
　　Cultural Weifang consociates and endeavors to construct connotative image.
　　Energetic Weifang improves quality and increases efficiency to release exoteric energy.
　　Quality Weifang takes people as the foremost to improve quality with credit and honest.
　　潍坊，于我而言，不仅是一座城市，更是一个家。作为一名土生土长的潍坊人，我见证了这座城市的变迁，经历了这座城市的发展，目睹了潍坊人民与城市共提升的点点滴滴。
　　Weifang, as for me, is not just a city. Furthermore, it’s my home. As a native-born citizen, I witness changes of this city, experience development of my home and see dribs and drabs of its promotion between Weifang people and the city.
　　小的时候，潍坊是我的母亲。不大的城市承载了我所有的童年。那时的路是双车道的，公交车貌似一个大面包车，商场叫百货大楼，小商品城叫自由市场，游乐场叫人民公园。没有高楼大厦，没有广场绿地，有的是人们质朴的关怀和踏实的努力。
　　When I was a child, Weifang was my mother. The small city bore all my childhood. In those days, roads were two-lane, and  buses looked like big vans. The mall was called “Department Store”, the commodity market was named “Free Market”, and the playground was known as “People's Park”. There was no high buildings and large mansions, no squares and green spaces. But there were simple cares and steadfast efforts of Weifang people.
　　长大后，潍坊是我的故乡。在外求学八年，潍坊于我而言只有冬夏，没有春秋。每每踏上故乡的土地，总能感到炽热的温暖，内心安稳了，不再漂泊。这些年，潍坊起了高楼，建了广场，路成了八车道的，公交车成了加长的双层巴士。没了老式自行车，没了矮平房，有的是人们加速前进的步伐和对潍坊的认可、自信。
　　When I grew up, Weifang was my hometown. During my eight-year study outside, there was only winter and summer, no spring and autumn in Weifang, from my point of view. Every time when I set foot on this land, I always felt the warmth of my loved home. My heart became calm and peaceful, no longer wandering. In these days, Weifang built high buildings and large mansions and constructed beautiful squares. Roads became eight-lane, and buses were lengthened double-deckers. There was no old-fashioned bicycles, no laigh cottages. But there were people’s accelerated paces and their recognition and confidence towards Weifang.
　　现如今，潍坊是我挥洒汗水为之奋斗的土地。求学归来，走上了“太阳下最光辉的职业”。站在讲台，走在校园，身为教师的我也要为潍坊的开放发展和“四个城市”建设贡献自己的力量。
　　Nowadays, Weifang is the land where I sweat heavily and struggle courageously. Coming back after finishing school, I get “the most brilliant career under the sun”. When I step onto the platform and walk in the campus, as a teacher, I would like to make my own contributions to open development and the construction of “Four Cities”.
　　教书育人，更新教学理念，树立“以实用为主，以应用为主”的教学思想，坚持以实践技能培养为核心的育人模式，不断进行教学改革与教育创新，为建设产业强市储备创新型技术人才。
　　To impart knowledge and educate students, update teaching concepts, set up the teaching thought which is centralized by practicality and application. We should insist on the training model of developing techniques and skills, carry out teaching reform and education innovation and train innovative talents for the construction of industrial city.
　　立德树人，促进学生全面发展，提高学生的人文素养、知识素养、逻辑思维能力，培养高素质、高能力、高技能的全面发展的人才，为建设文化名市培养有知识有文化的新青年。
　　To adhere to high moral values establishment and people cultivation, promote comprehensive development of students, improve their humanistic qualities, intellectual accomplishments and logical thinking abilities. We should cultivate all-round talents with high qualities, excellent abilities and outstanding skills for the construction of cultural city.
　　全员全过程全方位育人，完善产教融合的校企协同育人机制，搭建实习实践平台，并通过技能竞赛，促进学生职业素养与技能水平全面提高，为创建活力城市激发青年斗志。
　　To make concerted efforts in all-out, thorough and all-round education and cultivation of students, improve the mechanism of university-enterprise cooperative education for students, and set up concrete practice platform. Through competitions, we should improve students’ comprehensive skills and motivate them for the construction of energetic city.
　　诚信善良，以学生为主体，把握学生特点和发展需求，注重理论教育和实践活动相结合，提高工作科学化精细化水平，为建设品质城市培养合格的建设者。
　　To be honest and kind-hearted, implement student-centered teaching, grasp their characteristics and needs, and lay emphasis on the combination between theoretical education and practical activities. We should improve the scientific refinement of work and cultivate qualified talents for the construction of quality Weifang.
